There are only two sins; the first is to interfere with the growth of another human being, and the second is to interfere with one’s own growth.


Asking for the removal of character defects is in a sense, requesting our Higher Power to participate in a partial suicide.

Deciding for ourselves what our character defects are and describing the exact nature thereof may very well be the ultimate arrogance and certainly a declaration of war with the belief of the importance of living our lives as an expression of Faith in that Higher Power.

Accepting THE LOVE and passing it on requires nothing but trust. No Judgement, no biases carried over from our pre-recovery days.
