Faith is unnecessary for those who know.

Knowledge is acquired logically

Belief is gathered by mimicking the beliefs of others and is kept alive with mantra, with faith, with daily affirmations.

Belief is acquired by ignoring evidence (ignorance) and kept alive by nodding our heads to the rhythm of prejudice and pride.

Truth is often recognized at first glance though not always immediately understood.

The strength of our reliance on the groups in our lives to provide us with the answers to life decisions, is less likely to honor truth though the cooperation between individuals provides power that cannot be easily ignored by those who gather evidence and place a very high value on logic.

Truth  is not to be expected to result from popularity polls but the majority of us gather most of our opinion from others.

Think about it.
